Permafrost Lab's Reginald Muskett at NISAR Workshop Oct. 2014

During 28-29 October 2014 at the USGS Headquarters in Reston Virginia, Reginald Muskett attended the NISAR Applications Workshop: Linking Mission Goals to Societal Benefit. The proposed satellite dual-band radar mission is a joint effort by NASA and the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). Currently NISAR is in early program development by NASA, ISRO, JPL, USGS, Dept. of Navy and DHS. While there Reginald gave a presentation of examples of active-layer and permafrost change detection using PALSAR L-band interferograms he recently processed.
