Council 2 (Forest)
Description
This site is located near the town of Council on the Seward Peninsula. It was established as part of the NSF sponsored Arctic Transitions in the Land-Atmosphere System (ATLAS) project (1998-2000). The vegetation cover at this site is dominated by a spruce forest.
